This section would normally be named something like 'About Us' and would contain any relevant information about your own company. Please look at the individual sections of the Administrators Control Panel, Where you will see just how easy it is to operate your website on a daily basis. Should you wish a demonstration of the system please use the contact us and we can arrange this for you.  Control Panel     This is the main Administrators Control Panel Menu, please click on the image for a larger picture. From here you can select the particular part of the website you wish to change by simply clicking on the required menu option. Each menu option is explained in detail below. View Inventory This is the most commonly used part of the control panel, please click on the image for a larger picture. From here you can add, modify and delete stocks. There are 'drill down' links at the top of the page to allow the user to quickly find a vehicle. So you could click 'R' and the system would quickly display a Rover for example. There are also statistics shown per vehicle of how many website visitors have clicked on a partucular item. The most popular cars link resorts stock to quickly show which vehicles have the most interest.     Adding/Editing a Vehicle     Adding or Editing a Vehicle is simple, you basically just fill in the blanks. Select the options required, which are customisable from the Car, Fuel, Manufacturers and Car Features sections.   You can enter a full description for the Vehicle, Milage, Year and Price etc. Finally upto 10 photographs can be attached to the Vehicle and you update it. The car is available to view immediately on your website. Reediting works exactly the same. Vehicle Categories Easily customise the Vehicle types you sell, please click on the image for a larger picture. As quick as a flash, you can add a new Vehicle Category. The system comes pre-configured with some standard ones which can be deleted by simply pressing the 'Delete' button. If you stop selling a particular type this can either be Edited to something new or Deleted. Once setup, this section is generally not used very often.     Fuel Types     Easily customise the Fuel Types of Vehicles, please click on the image for a larger picture. Although not used often, there may be a need to add a new Fuel Type for Vehicles you sell. Just click 'Add' enter the description and the jobs done. The system comes pre-configured with some standard ones which can be deleted by simply pressing the 'Delete' button. View Manufacturers As and when you take on new makes of car, this section lets you add these, please click on the image for a larger picture. You'll never know when you need to add a new Manufacturer, but using the system the jobs done simply. Just click on Add or Modify, you can have as many of these as you need, but only the Manufacturers with Vehicles on them show at the Website frontend, so your website wont look cluttered. The system pre-configured with the most popular Manufacturers which can be deleted by simply pressing the 'Delete' button if not required.     Car Features     Features, Features, Features, you can never have enough Features. When Listing Vehicles you can attach an unlimited amount of features that apply to the Vehicle.   You can also choose to have a more detailed description of a Vehicle rather than using these, but since it is so quick to select the appropriate features for a Vehicle whilst adding it most clients use this option. From here you can choose to Edit or Delete or Add new options as and when required. The system pre-configured with the most popular Features which can be deleted by simply pressing the 'Delete' button if not required. Page Editing and Metatags One of the amazing features of the system is the ability to edit all you page content yourself. This way your not reliant on some would be web designer coming back to you 'some time next week', please click on the image for a larger picture. There are 4 options here. 1. The 'Edit Page' option does exactly that, example shown below. 2. The 'Edit' option, lets you edit metatag keywords for a page, basically these are chosen keywords that explain about your business, eg 'Car Sales Swindon' or 'High Performance cars Glasgow'. Using these metatags is a sure way to get you higher up in the Search Page Rankings. 3. The 'Add' a page lets you do exactly that, although some more advanced web work is required to do this. But remember, your not alone when you deal with us. 4. 'Delete' a page, well you probably wouldnt use this.     Actual Page Editing     This is the Home page being edited, please click on the image for a larger picture. As you can see, it allows you to modify the actual page content quickly and easily. There is a Toolbar at the top which lets you do just about anything to the content like add tables, insert/upload pictures, change fonts etc. You can copy and paste information from Desktop applications like word, basically if you can use a Word Processor, you can edit the page content.
